Iliya got into advertising when he was 19 with Publicis Sofia. In the years that followed, he worked for TBWA, Saaatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy group, serving various senior creative roles for brands like AUDI, KFC, P&G, Heineken International, Molson Coors, IKEA, Milka, Philips and many more. With him on board all four agencies were awarded numerous times at local and global level with awards from Golden Drum, Effie and local festivals. Iliya likes to think of new ways to say the new things. In his spare time he enjoys hand crafting stuff analog photography, basic coding and dj’ing. 

Since 2016 he leads a creative team in the development of new experiential shop called 121agency.
