21 year experience: creative director, marketing director, Press officer and media planning manager.

Education - journalist.

He worked as the head of the advertising department and spokesman of the largest retail network in the Baltic States MAXIMA (VP MARKET), chief marketing officer of the largest tour operator in the Baltic States NOVATURAS, correspondent of leading daily newspapers of Lithuania “Respublika” & “Lietuvos rytas”, news editor of newspaper “SM” in Latvia.

In 2006  Kestutis Isakas founded group of advertising agencies AD HUNTERS BALTICS, which work in Latvia, Lithuania & Belarus. 

In 2013 AD HUNTERS BALTICS,became the owner of a group of creative agencies J. Walter Thompson in the Baltic States: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

 In 2016 Kestutis Isakas sold all group of agencies in Lithuania, Latvia & Belarus.
